Darlene Brown has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise includes community development, operations, recruitment, sales leadership, human resources management diversity, equity, and inclusion. Darlene has seen her experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion make an impact at one of the largest financial institutions in the country. She has served on several boards and stays committed to the community.
In 2010, Darlene graduated from the premier Banking School at Wake Forest University. She is most proud of her alma mater Bowie State University where she received a Master of Arts in Administrative Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting. She was recently asked to join the Bowie State University Foundation Board as a Director.
In recent years she started her own premier human resources firm named Second O-pinion Consulting, LLC. The company prides itself on providing premier service to its clients.
