Gina E. Nightengale is a retired federal government executive with over 25 years in federal contracting, human resources, adult education, and training and development. In her last federal position, she was the Director of Workforce Engagement and Development at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). In retirement, she is an adjunct faculty member in the Business and Entrepreneurship Department at the Prince George’s Community College, and a training consultant for leadership, management and career development to numerous federal agencies and small businesses.
Gina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowie State University and a Masters’ in Public Administration from the American University in Washington, DC. She is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA, and the Executive Leadership Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. She formerly held appointments to the American University College of Public Affairs Board of Advisors for Executive Programs (2006-2008, 2013-2016).
Gina is currently a member of the Metropolitan DC Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, where she works in support of the Chapter’s HBCU initiatives, and an Associate of the Prince George’s County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, which supports educational initiatives for African American children.
